2 minute Vegan Chocolate Cake

This simple treat is great anytime of day or night. And perfect to satisfy your sweet tooth.

Ingredients:
5 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. cocoa
1/8 tsp. baking soda
1/8 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. water
2 tbsp. oil
1/4 tsp. vanilla
3 tbsp. chocolate chips (optional)
 
---Mix flour, sugar, cocoa, and baking soda together in a large mug or small bowl; must be microwaveable.
---Add the water, oil, and vanilla all at once and mix thoroughly.
---Mix in the chocolate chips and bake for 1 to 2 minutes in the microwave. (I went with 1 1/2 minutes)
--- Dust the top with powdered sugar if you want. And enjoy!!!!

Variations on Optional:
1.  3 tbsp. peanut butter chips. Melted peanut butter drizzled on top. (This one is excellent!!)
2.  1 1/2 tbsp. slivered almonds, 1 1/2 tbsp. shredded coconut. Dusted with powdered sugar. (Tried this today, yummy!!)
3.  Or any combination you can think of...
